Blu is a street artist based in Bologna, Italy. There is very little information of the biographical sort available on this man, leading me to believe he is either a robot, a unicorn or a robot unicorn. Regardless, he is undeniably talented, as his 7-minute stop-motion graffiti short, Muto, will attest. The Tate Modern Museum lists his influences as the independent comic-book artist, Robert Crumb, the fresco tradition of his native Italy and Gordon Matta-Clark. Pictures of his larger-than-life works of art may be found on his web site.
